Rule 16
Work and Duties of the Bench Officer
In addition to the work and duties mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the work and duties of the Bench Officer shall be as follows:-
(a) hearing the case in the Bench by taking charge of the cases before the Bench, and
(b) To assist the judge in preparing the judgment or order of the case heard.
